We work with you to work-out the bugs and to include developmental efficiencies from our transformation processes. We begin with prototypes, tooling and material evaluations that end with the product you need. Our processes meet all product standards and certifications.
Glass Substrates
The glass substrate process involves preparing glass for various applications. We start with raw glass, which is carefully cut, cleaned, and processed to meet specific thickness, size, and quality requirements. This glass can then be customized with additional features like coatings, edge work, drilling, or printing to create a finished product that meets the unique needs of our customers.
Graphics
Whether the graphics for your glass is designed to be subtle or dramatic, Contour has the in-house capabilities to make your design become a reality. We work with your concept design professionals to set the appropriate printing requirements; select the best silk screen to give just the right effect; prepare the graphics and registration for multiple colors; and, mix custom color inks to give you exactly what you ordered. And, since all of our process functions are in-house, we can give you extraordinary service and execution time.
Cutting

Edging

Drilling
Our advanced drilling techniques ensure clean, accurate holes without compromising the strength or clarity of the glass. Whether you need glass prepared for shelving, hardware, or decorative elements, we deliver expert craftsmanship with a flawless finish. We can provide drilling for holes from 1/8" to 2" in diameter that can be drilled in any substrate from 3"x 5" - 48" x 80".
Screen Printing
With a size range of 3”x 3” - 36”x 90”, all it takes is your imagination. Contour’s in house graphic design and screen building capabilities can apply endless ideas on glass with a simple photo, CAD drawing or an Adobe Illustrator file.
Tempering
By rapidly heating and cooling the glass, we enhance its resistance to impact and thermal stress, ensuring safety and longevity for your projects.
