Surgoinsville, TN – May 2023 – Cardinal Equity Partners, LLC, an Indianapolis based, family backed private investment firm is pleased to announce that it has sold its investment in Contour Industries, Inc. d/b/a Contour Glass to a group including its long-term management team. The management team was supported by investments from a Cardinal principal as well as Kissel Capital. Cardinal acquired Contour in 2011.
Based in the Kingsport, TN area, Contour Glass fabricates glass parts for the appliance, building products, and RV industries, focusing on high volume production runs on its multiple tempering furnaces. The management team has been in place for the duration of Cardinal’s investment period.
